Location

The project is located in the Chotánky district, a suburb of Poděbrady—one of the Czech Republic’s most renowned towns, famous for its healing mineral springs and historical landmarks. Poděbrady owes its popularity to 13 mineral springs, known for helping treat cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and metabolic disorders.

Key advantages of the area:

• Just 5 minutes to the center of Poděbrady from a bus stop 300 meters from the project;

• 40 minutes to Prague by public transport and 30 minutes by car;

• 30 minutes to Hradec Králové, a UNESCO-listed historical city

Local Infrastructure

Poděbrady has a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. The town is home to historic castles, palaces, museums, and churches, as well as full urban infrastructure: universities, schools, kindergartens, a hospital, shops, restaurants, and public services.

About the Project

The project is being developed on 6 plots, each ranging from 640 to 670 m². On each plot, a house will be built with two duplex apartments, each with its own garden and parking space. The apartments are two-story, with a 4+kk layout and a total area of 90 m².
